I'm afraid so, I'm doing two 5ks this summer, Pants in the Park for Prostate Action and The Royal Romp for Anthony Nolan

Don't worry I'm not expecting anyone to donate to both or in fact either I'm hugely grateful for anything that we get for either.

Next year I'll be tapping you all up for a 10k for NRAS hopefully

This is a warning

I have now raised £202, so unless you want to see this forum plastered with naked pictures of me, I strongly suggest that you get donating.

I've recieved my number, T-shirt (for raising over £50) and golden pants (for raising over £100) in the post, so I'm ready to go. My calf seems to be recovering from the last run so I won't have to walk this hopefully and will be OK for the 5km, I wn't let it beat me though and I know even if my calf gives in on the day I'll still be able to walk the course

Just noticed this so chucked a little bit your way, wasn't completely sure that I should donate if you've already reached the naked level but it's all for a good cause. Hope you enjoy the run too.
