I still ring up and complain anyway, even when I'm in the wrong. Make something up about trying to transfer online and getting an error message, then only realising later. Never failed yet

Kitten, my run rate at the moment (I complain about everything I feel I've been ****ed over on ) 15 parking fines, 4 bus lane violations, 2 Congest charge fines: 11 parking fines refunded, 3 bus lane violations refunded, 1 Congestion charge refunded.
People don't complain enough - work the system and stick it to the man! FIGHT THE POWAH!!!!

I rang up and apologised when I made a **** up and went into unauthorised overdraft. Did the same when I missed a credit card payment. Both sets of charges were refunded.
Now if only banks would take the same attitude with their customers. |

I don't think banks really want customers at the moment.
Applied to change to the halifax super awesome rewards account weeks ago now. So far I've not heard anything from them. :/ |

Joe, I called them up and they changed it straight away, maybe try doing that.
That is shocking Jamie about having to pay for something they requested you stop. *touches wood* I haven't had any problems with banks really

Just had a call from customer care apologising and saying I shouldn't have been charged. I can request paper statements twice in a 12 month period free of charge. They're refunding the charge and also sending out two bottles of wine
Looks like my complaint was worded just about right

We had a parking ticket overturned recently. We parked on our road quite close to the corner and knowing that there are double yellows on the corner checked the rear of the car on parking and all looked clear. The following morning we were confronted with a parking ticket on the windscreen. As we pulled away we found double yellows underneath the car! There must have been something in the way as they were painting the double yellows as there were doubles, then a big gap, then doubles again. We thought we were parked in the right place.
