For clarification, does the pic have to be taken on the day? I appreciate I have already broken this rule but just wondering if a pic we have already taken fits the theme, could we use that?

Nah it's fine.Best if piccies are taken on the day but it's not always possible and it's not a competition or anything. Don't want people feeling they have to drop out if they have a bad few days. It's only for fun.

That's a good question Vix... as looking at them one of them is 'sunset' but I never see the sunset (work > gym > darkness).
