I was just about to look for that extension when I discovered the most amazing thing.

I had all my toolbar bookmarks open in tabs and was looking through the options and noticed that the "use current page" option actually said "use current pages".
I clicked on it, closed FF and re-opened it and hey presto, it opened with all tabs
