We had a couple. I whisk mine gradually addidnt the milk by hand and it takes SO much less effort and washing up than doing it in a blender, especially for such a small quantitiy. I don't leave it to rest either, but add 1tbs of melted butter and that gets it to a really nice consistency.

I've been chief pancake maker for as long as I can remember. Made them for the family at home, for my Uni mates whilst I was at Uni and now for us in our house. Leon had 3 and I had 2 1/2 all with sugar and lemon. I also love them with maple syrup, but sugar and lemon ROCKS!!!

arrrgh! id be looking forward to pancake day all month...and then i only remember today! I need a belated pancake day with lots of extra pancakes!

Didn't have pancakes.. The kids had already had there's by the time I got home and i'm on a bit of a diet so I was a good lad

Instead of pancakes I met up with a couple of mates for a quick drink... then once I got in at 2.30am from the Jazz club it was a little late to start cooking Oops!
