That makes perfect sense I'm just trying to keep this PC fairly lean so only installing things when I'm certain I'll use it a fair bit. It's laziness really
Outlook's great, it just seems a bit extragavent for my needs. But if it's the best tool for the job, I'll stick with it.

Are you aware of TrayIt (http://en.softonic.com/ie/32372/TrayIt!)? You can use it to minimise any application to the system tray. Email wise i've not used a proper client for years. These days I access my mail from so many different machines that webmail is ideal for me.

Thunderbird is a distinct possibility, I used to use it and quite liked it.
But then again I'll probably just stick with Outlook until the next time I format. I'll see over the next few weeks as I have more time.
