It cooks so quickly that I don't think you need to put it in the oven. I think if you just put it directly onto the foil under the grill so that it was lying in its own juices without the rack, it'd work. Might be an idea to warm the grill with the juices/spices already in the grill pan though, so they're sizzling when you put the fish in

Mmmmmmmmm yum! I love the sounds of cooking too - the word sizzling makes my mouth water!
