Recommended rate for MOT's is now £47 for cars or £25 for bikes and they aren't allowed to charge any more, end of. Find out what the extra £40 was for.
Either that or it was one of those wink wink yes it passed no problems cough MOT's that the computerised system was supposed to have eliminated
