The Open University is a UK educational establishment. As long as you can put a blahblahblah@no-really-i-am-a-student.ac.uk, you'll be fine.

You can download the files and burn them to a CD. As Daz says its not the media you are paying for, its the licence. £40 for something that retails for nearly £500 on Amazon is a bargain.

If you really want the CDs you can pay a little extra for them.

I understand they've dropped the price of Office 2007 in the USA to $75 because it's not selling. Nobody wants it!
