In the absence of any real suggestions, I recommend fapping.

I would have suggested against that due to the danger of having a plumber appear at your window mid fapfap. Thats not the leak he was called to fix

All sorted, super quick, i'm very pleased, fixed our bathroom tap and few other niggles around the house too, as well as making a note of coming back to fix the washing machine (yeah nout much works here)...
