Could also do some sort of voluntary work for a bit too...not sure what though...oh my friend (she's into photography) she took some shots of a physically handicapped kids party the other week... maybe something like that?

I was thinking the other night that 1 thing I'd love to do before I die is see the Northern Lights in person - maybe you could do that before you're 30?

How about a ride in a hot air balloon, that's something I've always wanted to do but never got round to - yet.
Or, go up in a glider - my Dad did it on his fiftieth and had the time of his life.
