Thanks for the comments - I feel a bit of a cheat accepting praise as they are sooo easy (& MB helped with the frying). I will say they are very, very tasty so be warned you will scoff the lot, most of them when they are still warm from the pan!

Oh yeah, warm welshcakes straight from the pan are very VERY dangerous.
