It's not often I'm unhappy, but the other night I put on some music and it cheered me up. I looked out of the window and into the street, I waked in the garden, I looked at what I DO have in my life.

I noticed recently that when I'm really unhappy I tend to hide away from people

I'll listen to music, go down the gym or have a good cry to get it out of my system!

If I'm just a little unhappy I talk to friends or watch a chick flick to pick myself up
