haha

Now I've had two mechanics round and both say it could b the linkage or the gearbox. Both have said they'll get back to me with a quote but have they? Nope.

Was looking at the S-Max yesterday - looks pretty decent family car..

My parents have one of those, my father is very pleased with it, its a deisel so pretty good on petrol and you can get a load of luggage and the two big dogs in the back so should be fine for your needs, there aren't many cars out there with 3 decent full sized rear seats and loads of luggage space without going for a 4x4 and getting hit with all the associated costs.

Yes they are very spacious. Bigger than the C-Max but don't look like the MPV of the galaxy. Comes with sat nat and bumper detection as standard

Turns out to be gearbox - Best price I've had is £1,116.00

I'm not sure if this is worth the repair.
