They can't charge you £800 quid for doing that. Legally, they can deduct the cost of what it takes to repair the damage caused. From the sounds of it, it won't be anything near £800.

the bunnies are fine, but we're going to find out about vacating this hell hole early as soon as someone from rentals gets back to us.
