The whole Hellraiser series were fantastic. Showing their age a little bit now but still a fantastic story line which shows you don't have to dumb the story down to such a level it just becomes a blood fest.
Just a shame they never made Weaveworld into a movie. Another one of Clive Barkers overlooked gems. |

I've got all of them on DVD all the way through to the latest ones like Deader and Hellworld, despite the funding going down the pan the later ones in the main retain a lot of the original spirit of Barker's ideas.
Weaveworld and Galilee would rock they are great books but they are too long and involved to be anything less that 3 hours long and then you would still lose a lot of the back stories which Barker excels at, mind you some real cock ups have been made of his material; Rawhead Rex anyone? MB |
