I was going to go see them a couple of years ago when they were nearby but didn't get around to booking tickets until too late due to exams
 Somewhat oddly, I only noticed this thread just now and whilst K K Harpadi was playing

If you like Sigur Ros, have you tried Mogwai or 65daysofstatic MB? I presume you already know of Explosions in the Sky?

Try Mar aswell, far more akin to Sigur Ros than either of Mogwai or 65dos IMO.
Their song Sigga is very good.
