I need some advice peeps. Fashion advice. Blokes, its ok, you can hit backspace now

I have a new skirt...

But I dont know what top to wear with it.

I am wearing it to a wedding next week, not as a guest, but as the photographer (shakes head

). They said it was a very casual affair, and I could wear jeans if I wanted, but I politley told them to naff off

I think this is a happy medium, I wont be scruffy, but I wont be over the top, and Ill feel comfortable, and at least Ill look like I almost fit in with the wedding party

So then, what do you all suggest? Black strappy top? White frilly blouse? I am really unsure on this one...
