There's still things you can do in PS with that.

I wish mine were even 10% as good as some of those. Most of mine are suffering from grey world issues, mostly because most of the time it was grey, and besides I've noticed before my S3 IS has trouble with blues (common problem with smaller sensors); Been really disappointed with all of mine so far and have had to abandon a plan to do custom postcards. I'm praying they'll come out a bit when I use the bigger, much better, monitor at home, but your latter pics suggest I'm not going to win that one either.

I'm stuck with GIMP at the moment as well Martin, its no where near as polished as P'hop is it but I needed something which would let me do the resize. Its such a shame that photoshop is so expensive for the average amateur.
