I'm in - I have Steam installed, if I reinstall CS from the disc will it just download the latest patches and whatnot?

Yep, if you install CS:S from DVD it'll update it through Steam.

OK, Burberryflop and I sat for hours this evening trying to get my server working but it was totally inaccessible from the outside world.

I've set it up on a different PC and it appears to be working, and working fairly well.

I'd appreciate it if people could give it a try.

Try it, see how it works, and be aware that overnight that box does a virus scan so it may slow it down a bit, I have no idea.

Me ? game crashed with a v_awp.mdl error something about it being 0 not 30

server is running well with 2 players pings of around 30 here just have to see how it handles more users

ok, we seem to have gone off track here.. I managed to host a game last night so thought we'd use that.

The date and time are fixed.. Are we still on for this
