Worked for them for 6.5 years. Worst employer I have ever had the misfortune to work for (well give them their due they were fine for the first 2 years but then went downhill rapidly). I left them 5 years ago, however, things appear not to have changed at all since I left. Half of my current team left them to come and work for my employer because they were so sick of working for them (on further discussion it turned out for the same reasons I left and then some).

There are certain parts of the company that are OK to work for but they are few and far between.

I worked for them for several years and thought they were a great company. Like most large companies, they're only as good as the area/group/management you work with. Luckily for me I worked on several high-profile projects in the tech architect practice and the people were a pleasure to work with. I was genuinely sorry to leave but I'd dug someone else's ditch for far too long.
