Wahey, I'm feeling the burn
Asked my mum to bring her dumbells down this weekend though as tins of spagetti are a bit silly Roughly how many of each exercise should I be doing per day to actually get an effect? Will I get any effect at all as I'm so fat anyway? Also, are situps any good at the mo? Obviously no one can hold my legs down so will I get any benefit. Thanks in advance

I would do it in a little circuit, do each exercise for 20 reps and then move onto the next.
Maybe do this every other day You don't need anyone to hold your legs to do situps, I don't ! Lay on your back with your knees bent, reach up to you knee and whilst keeping your stomach contracted do little 2 inch crunches. 50 of those should do it ( or however many until you feel you need to puke ) Any exercise will do you good hun |

Brilliant, I did 20 reps of each yesterday and I can only get about 2 inches out of a situp. Nice to know I'm on the right track!
Thanks
