Everything of mine is taken over by recent events, Sorry guys.
I watched Rambo with my mate Friday night, It was the last thing we did together. Film was Ok but we talked over most of it & just watched the loud bits.
Out of 10 I'd give it a 4.

I've also seen that Assasin movie with Lara Croft Doris & him out of Shameless. What's going on with his voice I fell asleep through this as I watched it alone Gets a 2 out of 10 from me.

Also seen that Adulthood recently & the other one. I quite liked these films of the Chav hoodys running around being twats it made me laugh & was more like a comedy. I'll give the pair a 6 out of 10.

The New Mummy film was complete crap not even worth commenting on, Dodgey lead male, Dodgey Lead Doris, Complete crap Minus 10 for that pile of poop

Starring Jake Blues, Elwood Blues and the All star Blues Brothers Band

Still magnificent after all these years. Will make me laugh every time.
10/10

You can only review films you have watched the whole way through, plus a brief synopsis of the plot would be interesting

Wanted is the one. I quite liked it for the easy brainless action although I did have some objections to it in the way it seemed to set up the physics of its World and then broke them - I'm usually entirely happy to suspend disbelief and buy into whatever level of reality the film sets but I dislike it when the film then reneges on that.

Awesome film, probably the best musical ever and from back in the days when Dan Akroyd was still funny.

I've been buying the £3 and £4 DVDs from Tescos lately and have a huge pile of them that I've watched over the past couple of weeks....

Gone With The Wind
Beautiful. But sooooo long! 8/10 mostly because it's a stunning film and 70 years old!

Man in the Iron Mask
Cracking yarn, Leonardo Di Caprio before he became beautiful, entertaining stuff! 7/10

Jarhead
I LOVE this film, really love it. Portrays how tightly wound these boys are brilliantly. 7.5/10

Pirates of the Carribbean, At Worlds End (or something)
Tripe. Utter utter tripe and a total disappointment. 2/10

Evan Almighty
I laughed, which is probably not something to be proud of. Entertaining drivel 6/10

Last Samurai
Tom Cruise taking himself oh so seriously. But that cant detract from the beauty of this film. An insight into a different world. Love it. 8/10

Philadelphia
Tom Hanks can do no wrong in my eyes and this is one of his finest hours. Groundbreaking at the time, I think. 9/10

Training Day
Denzel, another who can make a crap film good. Not as good as it could have been I think, but I cant stand Ethan Hawke. 6/10

Bucket List.
Jack Nicholson - genius. Gentle, hilarious, I cried. Lovely. 8/10

Loved it until the end. Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read!

He should have died. He really should. Would have made it so much better, and not because I dislike Tom Cruise generally, but because it would have suited the story so much better and made a much stronger dramatic point. But hey, can't kill off your heroes in Hollywood eh?

End Spoiler Alert!

Saw this on the plane on my way out to Hawaii. Thought it was pretty good, given what it was. Not on my list of films I'd rush to buy or whatever, but one I most definitely am glad I watched.

Have to say that I love Jarhead too. According to a mate who was out there, it's very close to how the Americans actually behaved too.

The bucket list surprised me. I really wanted to dislike it, but I couldn't
Really gentle humour with a nice touch to it. Freeman and Nicholson worked together well on this one. As did the assistant whose name escapes me.

Thomas (Sean Hayes) It wasn't until a few days after watching it I twigged that he was Jack from Will & Grace, which considerably raises his acting ability in my eyes.
