Um, thursday (I appear to be at What Day Of The Week Are We On? level at the mo) I have *roots in diary* a trapeze lesson in the morning (where I am learning not teaching! Hurrah! I can rest my brain!) and then Circuits (easy peasy - just shouting) then Flex N Fit which is a Bodypump type class, so yes, thank god, it's easier! Phew! |

Oh sure, obviously they must all be really fit, surely though all that exercise is a lot of calories being burnt though?

The tan I can understand given your location but the booze? That's surely in abundance there.
Enjoy your easier day tomorrow hopefully.

Slight tangent but I've noticed before when I do a full days softball tournament (9am - 6pm usually) it's all bursts of activity, sprinting, hitting, throwing, never enough to get your knackered outright, but you really know you did it the next day, odd.

A good instructor can teach a class by just voicing instructions and using the occasional demo. It's a skill you have to develop to avoid the dreaded burn out. I get all I need fitness wise from my classes - if I have energy to burn I whack it up a notch at work. I do do sessions alone sometimes to develop certain skills but finding time to fit that in with work and also giving yourself rest time is often tricky. |
