If you're backing up all their stuff, installing/configuring post-install getting it back to how they had it, I'd push it up to £60-80?

For a good mate, i'd do it free, for a 'casual' mate, i'd expect a drink or two, something like that. For a stranger, in a more business like setting, i'd ask for like £50 including doing drivers and updates etc. that people might not be able to do themselves.
