Wow! The bottle of wine bit sounds errr interesting!

Good luck with it Sinead, sounds like it will be a blast when you are all done up on stage

Is this something you will do again or a one off? So after the comp obviously you are going to carry on being fit but will you do it to the competition extent again?

Can't wait Vix! I'm nervous but really excited as well !

Going to continue with the training afterwards and the diet will still be fairly strict but not as strict as it is now.

Between shows is called the offseason where you structure your training around your weaker body parts - mine is my abs mainly, so I can work on building them for the next competition - really want to do it again next year

I've really enjoyed this prep, it's been hard but very rewarding

Just about managed all my water - **** knows how

Have you managed to eat anything today? I found when I first started drinking the "proper" amount of water, my appetite vanished and when faced with food I could only nibble.

Hope you like ketchup!

Good luck with it all. Much respect for your dietary self-control in particular as that's something I've completely failed at.

Also, another question. Is there anything on your diet plan that you don't like but you have to eat? Or do you talk through that with your nutritionist and come up with alternatives?

Am so crap with diets. I think that would be one of my biggest challenges.
