Anyone know how to cure a FM2007 addiction?

It's really well and truly got me and is a classic 'just 5 more minutes' type of game.
At least it's saving me money in a way

I've completed Sonic 2 onwards though! I just never owned Sonic 1 so just played it at friends's houses
