Sorry Paul that made me laugh... I can *Completely* imagine you talking to them in your sardonic tone which is so deadpan and just awesome!

Sucks though sorry dude

I had a whinge at westminster parking after their sign said I could park for 4 hours but their automated system would only let me park for 1.

I had to keep ringing every hour to put more time on.

And they refunded two of the 20p admin fees incurred. Gee thanks

I complained to the beeb today for making me vomit.

I was happily browsing through bbc news online as per usual, and came across a disturbing news story...and so clicked on it as you do.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/kent/8342237.stm
The photo was what made me feel ill, there was actually a photograph accompanying the news story. A photo of eight dead drowned lab puppies.

Why!! Why would anyone put a photo of that up!!

I got so angry that I emailed a rather snotty letter in, and the photo has now been taken off.

Success

Default Royal Mail making up for the strike?

I was in bed when the postie came this morning, he knocked, I ignored (I'd been up really late due to a knackered body clock and a non-sleepy child) so he left a little red card. "Please wait 4 hours before you collect your packet".

About one the door went again. It's Postie again, with my packet! He'd popped home for a cup of tea and on the off chance tried again with my parcel. Go Postie!

Well that certainly makes a refreshing change from the usual cries of postie leaving the parcels at the depot and bringing a stack of cards instead. Go postie indeed!

I took a handbag back to Barratts yesterday that I had only had for 4 months and the handles were falling to bits. I didn't have a receipt anymore, and they no longer had the bag in stock, but let me swap it for another I liked as well as refunding me part of the money because the new handbag was cheaper.
