...and the fireplaces look like this... I haven't got the camera today so can't show pics of the stairs ripped out or the window out back. Roll on Monday when the new windows and doors are being fitted

Well, actually, it is PVC
But we've gone for full sash style windows complete with horns and bars. Should look as close to the originals as we can get. We weren't against PVC as such, just against the normal style on our house. It just wouldn't look right. It's cost us more to get the sash style but I think it will look just right We've gone for normal windows in the kitchen and bathroom though. And don't forget the new doors to...WOOT!!!
