Superb stuff people! Really need to establish a proper client base and then I have a bit more felxibility on the marketing side of things.

I need to attend trade fairs and the likes asap and they'll set me back at least a grand. :/

BUT. In the broad scheme of things it'll be worth it. If I can convince someone reputable that it's worth investing in me then all the better!

Most of the suppliers of smaller shops will go through a few agents, I know we used to use Hallmark, carteblanche, pineapple park and Noel Tatt as our 4 that we regularly stocked. (Local shop)

Not sure if you've talked to carte blanche as it's been a while since I last scanned this thread but it looks like they take on brands and have what looks like a good mission statement.

Bit gobsmacked... just received a phonecall from Clinton Cards...

... the buyer *LOVES* the cards. She wants to see the actual cards. And she was discussing prices. And that she was trying to figure out their margin.

I have a meeting with them next Thursday

Someone was listening to me somewhere. Someone.
