The overuse of the word 'source'. Have the words find, buy and get fallen out of popular useage? It isn't technically incorrect when it's used, just more often than not is sounds weird. 'Anyone know where I can source some bananas?'

Stores in America that don't print the including tax price. One excuse I was given is that since tax rates vary from state to state they only come to apply it at the till - that's great and all but I'm in the sodding store already and I'm not about to cross state lines when it comes to paying for it you great thundering ignoramus. It shouldn't be beyond human ken to be able to print labels including the total price in various stores if they exist in a number of states...

The system to pay for the BART in San Francisco - seriously couldn't anything better have been conceived than forcing you to enter the amount of credit you want on a single use ticket? i.e. for those who haven't used it you have a printed list of destinations and then you have to pay on a machine for the ticket by starting off at $5 and then adding/subtracting $1 or $0.05 as appropriate to match the correct amount for that destination - it's not even as if there's a huge list of destinations so they could just let you select from all of them on screen but no, it has to be the most backwards way possible.

For what it's worth I actually had a great time there for the most part and there are definitely some things that work very well but this isn't the thread for that.

It works perfectly for days and days - then suddenly, it's ****. I then have to move the aerial around to find a signal again :/

The local councils here who have for some reason decided to stop painting white lines down the middle of roads around here, and moving the lines at the side of the road inwards, thus giving the impression the road isn't wide enough for two cars, and therefore slowing the traffic down. Very annoying an unnecessary! Peoples spacial awareness needs improving

So imagine how I felt when I visited a site which did have the "view the full site" link - except that it just took me back to the mobile site again. :/

Gave up in the end - the mobile site didn't offer me the option I wanted and I couldn't get to the full site, so that was that.

Never mind putting in a ****ing cable. How about they try getting the ones they've already put in to work. Only had mine in a month and I've already had two faults, one of which they promised to fix last Friday and finally (touch wood) got around to this afternoon.

With my addiction to space shuttle missions to satisfy, I need my broadband damnit!
