People who post Facebook statuses with spelling mistakes in, and then when they realise their mistake, instead of deleting it and reposting, they comment and put the correct wording/spelling.
Cats that just stand their hissing instead of teaching Patch a lesson and kicking his butt. People who don't pay up on eBay for stuff they've bought from me. I want my kindle dammit! |

This may be completely rational but having swiped in using Oyster, getting down to the station platform and then finding out the train is cancelled*, then getting charged for swiping out of the station to go and get a bus - I was less than three minutes in the sodding station a) there's not a huge amount of stations on the line that you can actually get from and to in that space of time and b) I'd remained in one station only, why did no-one code this into Oyster that sometimes you'll have to change your plans because they've cancelled whatever service you want to use.
My second annoyance about Oyster which is partly linked to the above is that some stations don't do top-ups and others (Underground stations only?) do. If I can buy an Oyster card in any station then why can't I add credit/have erroneous transactions removed there? *Something about late staff or them just not showing up meant that the train was cancelled.
