hehe

Here's what I've eaten today... feel sick of rice and broccoli!

60 mins cardio AM

Straight after cardio - shake - 50g maltodextrin & 20 whey protein in water

8.00AM
50g Oats & Banana

10.30AM
50g Brown Basmati Rice
80g Chicken
Broccoli

1PM
80g Lean minced beef
Various Veg
40g Kidney Beans
50g Brown Basmati Rice

3.30PM
100G Salmon
50g Brown Basmati Rice
Broccoli

6PM
50g Brown Basmati Rice
80g Chicken
Broccoli
Banana

Will be having :

8.30PM
100g Steak
Small Sweet Potato
Broccoli

Beddybyes : 20g Casein in water

Supplements
400mg Magnesium
200mg Potassium
2g Vit C
3g Dandelion Root

Water reduction starts tomorrow

Been very hard getting all that food down today ! - Same again tomorrow

I'm really bloated from the food and the water :/

It's really hard work eating when you're not hungry and more so when you're not enjoying what you're eating

I think I can safely say... after this prep is finished... it's going to be a long time before I eat Chicken, Rice & Broccoli

A quick question - anyone know what the area where the show is, is like? Would be easier for us to come by bike but am always worried if the areas not great

I have often thought about a competition, but never have gone down this road.
Work is a big problem with time for me, we are just so busy !
Plus I have not had a gym buddy for well over 4 years now and it shows as I can not go to the Max every time I go !

perhap some motivation is needed !

So come on Pgigymon, go get that title !
