People who go into toilet cubicles and don't bother to close/lock the door after them - if you're going to use a cubicle rather than a urinal then at least close the door so that someone isn't likely to walk in after you.

Companies who ask you to fill in a "how did we do?" survey, then give you one of the envelopes where to fit a piece of paper in, you need to fold it 3 times, but put the survey on an a4 sheet that folds in the middle, so you then have to re-fold it, and as a result it looks crappy.
And another one for today When you've recorded something and are fast forwarding the breaks, the annoying thing that tv companies seem to do now, which is flash their logo up half way through the breaks, the same as just before the programme comes back on (so you know when to stop fast forwarding) so that you stop the fast forwarding thinking the programme is coming back on, when its not.
