Well STALKER sucked like a 2 bob whore & goes down as the most disappointing game i have ever purchased in my many years.
I chopped it in locally for Medieval II Total wars which is absolutely Massive, a game of truly Epic proportions. Total new genre for me but i think this game will draw me in as i love all that old historical crap. I've played it 4 times single player & got mashed big style Rome wasn't built in a day though & nor was my Empire, Wooooooooo ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haaaaaaaaaa Be gone Peasants |

I'm playing Phantasy Star Universe at the moment, I expected it to be pretty awful as I hadn't read many good reviews of it, but it's actually quite fun.
It feels more like a hack and slash game with RPG elements than an RPG but it's good fun. I've lost the urge to game and to pointwhore the last couple of days so it's a nice way of easing me back into it. Rented it for a week from Blockbuster for £3 but I'd say it's worth £10 or so.

Samurai Warriors 2 and FM 2007
SW isn't as good as Dynasty Warriors, but it's still the same kind of thing, just a bit harder as you can't do levels in 5 minutes

At the moment, God of War 2 on the PS2, and NHL 2K7 on the 360. That'll be until later today when (hopefully) Bioshock arrives. I'm sure that'll dominate the bank holiday weekend for me

Bit of a thread resurrection, but just curious to see what's keeping the gamers busy at the moment Well before, all the 360 gamers say 'Call of Duty 4'
I'm just acquiring a copy of FM2008 because I've resisted long enough, about time I wave goodbye to everything including my sleep pattern As well as that I'm trying to settle on one game to play through on the 360, at the moment I'm rushing through Harry Potter to get some points (probably the only time I will ever go near to that franchise ) and then I dunno. Maybe Condemned or The Darkness. Since finishing Eternal Sonata, I've felt a bit of a gap for what to concentrate on.

Funnily enough I started on FM2008 last night and I've already started to feel the pull of it again, thoughts of tactics and transfers have been filling my head most of the day. Hoping I can turn Everton into a European powerhouse team like I've done in all the other games so far
Beyond that, PES2008 is still taking up a fair bit of time, and I need to go back to Tiger Woods 2008 as well as I really like that. COD4 will obviously be the main game from Friday though, at least for 2 weeks until I get Mass Effect/GH3/Assassin's Creed

I was reading about FM2008 on another forum so it's encouraged me to give it a go
Amazing how addictive it can get even after all these years when you throw in the old Champs too.
