Has anyone played CoD3?
Just playing it now and I know it's had some iffy reviews compared to the others in the series. There's something about it that doesn't make it as compelling as the others (i.e. I've actually stopped playing it, I played through CoD1 in one sitting and CoD2 extremely quickly  ) but I can't quite put my finger on it.I think it might be down to I'm not very bothered about the characters, but surely it must be more than just that? It's annoying me that I can't figure out what's wrong with it!

I know it's not, but I'm trying to work out how come it looks the same and has identical controls etc, yet doesn't feel the same when I play it.
Like I said, can't put my finger on what's changed that doesn't make it as good.
