An extract from a letter I received from Halifax today:

'we have not received a letter of authority from your client's. Therefore we have responded to your client's directly'

Typed exactly as received. I can't be bothered to complain but, really?! Also we did send an authority form but never mind. My client got what he wanted

Actually that's not irrational. But it annoyed me!

Re the Facebook thing, if people aren't interested in the snippets of my life I post on there then they are welcome to delete me!

Same here, I don't care anymore if someone deletes me, I don't put things up to annoy people, so if it does they can delete me!

Another thing that annoys me is when my cat opens the door to get into my room, she fully opens it, how on earth does she do that?!

I have far too many people hidden on my updates, the people that update with the same thing every day, a person that all they do is post links to youtube videos repeatedly.

fortunately there are certain things that can be done now to just ignore very specific things but when it's just a post nothing can be done except for ignore the person.
