Been lusting after a full traditional roast for some time. Tonight it's going to be roast chicken with all the trimmings. Got a large free range chook, stuffing, sausagemeat, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, roast carrots, broccoli and thick gravy made with stock I've been storing in the freezer. Got a lemon and some thyme in the fridge as well, so I think it might have to happen.
