Whee! Great scans. I could't make out the first one, then it suddenly appeared. In the second one it looks like she's smiling

They aren't cheap but you get a number of things that make it worthwhile including information on how the baby is doing, her weight her general well being, another confirmation of the sex, loads of colour prints, loads of b&W prints, all the pics on a CD and a DVD of the entire scan which shows her moving etc.
If anyone wants to see the DVD I can post it somewhere, its fascinating if you are interested but fundamentally boring if you're aren't It's a unique experience and very moving, we justified it by taking my parents as their birthday present and they were very moved so it was well worth it. NHS scans are a bit production line and they really just want to check all the organs etc for potential problems, you don't get much in the way of 3D if anything on the NHS. This was 30 minutes of 3D/4D and we got to see our baby which is priceless MB |

I may be interested mate, as mentioned, I've just been teaching these methods (or trying to teach them!) so to be able to see it used would be great!
I wouldnt - of course - show it publically, but would find it fascinating if its not too much hassle? Muchos Gracias. |

I hope you've already startedthe baby album with the 2D ones & these I think they r brill, would love to have this done (when I get there ) I am assuming tho, that with a 4D scan u will deffo know what sex the baby is, even if u didnt know already?
Because I wouldnt want to know, but would want the scan, if that makes sense? Also, some babies, you can tellif they r a boy or a girl by their faces-i know we have the benefit of hindsight here, but thats deffo a little lady there BB x |

They don't have to tell you and they spend most of the time looking at the face, to be honest if they didn't tell you you probably wouldn't be able to work it out unless they showed you a close up of that area and if you say you don't want to know then they won't
