Do it.

Tell her Von said that she is a dour wench in need of a good hard shafting by consent.

Moaning/ bad neighbours are the worst thing ever. We were a bit worried what they'd think when we slapped 3 MR2s outside our house but the old boy who shares the drive was fine. Phew!

Well thankfully they're moving out soon. Just wish she could keep her trap shut until then.

Sounds like the neighbour is being a nightmare. We had a few of those in London when we lived in a flat before the kids. The bloke downstairs followed Cliff out on his way to work one day and had a go at him about some crap and Cliff told him that if he didn't f*ck off out of his face that he'd sit him on his arse lol. That was the last we heard of him

Well, our neighbour problem is now gone

The nutcase moved out and our new neighbour, Ray, has moved in he seems like a nice chap. Mid 40's and living on his own, he's an ex-Londoner so talks straight and you know that if there's a problem he'll let you know. He's already been into ours to have a look around at the work we're doing and is happy for us to make noise to get the job done.

The other side that is for rent also has new people in. I was talking to a mother and daughter outside about the house when Sinead came out and spoke to the daughter who worked with her at Target. So we know they should be OK too

Got some more pics over the weekend and last night so I'll upload some later on

OK, so here's a little update

As you can see, a new ceiling has been tacked on and is ready to skim

And now, the plastering is complete (although these photos are from before completion)

We've had to lay down a hardboard floor to put our Karndean flooring onto, so this was done on the bank holiday weekend.

And here's the kitchen ceiling with some paint on it

We did some more painting last night. One more coat on the kitchen ceiling and then the first coats on the front room ceilings. We'll be donning our rollers again tonight.
