The phrase 'but that's just me...' used as an excuse for erratic or negative behaviour, usually as if it's ingrained and can't be changed. Also known as the 'My Way' getout.
'I wish I could stop putting trifle in my shoes right before important job interviews, but that's just me! And when I look back on my life, poor and hungry from being unable to get a job, at least I can say I did it my way...' Damn hippies.

I like Ready brek. I don't know why. And admitting it seems like a bit of a guilty pleasure!

Yeah, hate when people say things like [example] "I know I can seem horrible, thats Just the way I am, I tell it like it is, at least I admit it"
That makes it worse. So you know you're a horrible tactless cow who thinks it's ok to say whatever the hell you like because you're 'being honest' and undoubtedly if the person gets upset or offended you'll say you were only tell ing the truth? F**k off. Sent from my Galaxy S2

Ready Brek isn't porridge! It's a poor imitation of the wonder that is porridge!

Ready Break is WRONG!!! It's powdery (from what I can remember) and then turns into stodgy stuff... WRONG!!! Whereas porridge ACTUALLY looks like oats (well it is) therefore more natural than manmade Ready Brek powder.

I can't stand porridge. I like oat-so-simple but that's 90% sugar and flavourings Only time I use oats are in cookies or putting a scoop of them straight into my protein shake.
