Same here. Hopefully when I eventually go back to it I'll have forgotten a few bits and pieces so I can enjoy it more

The Big Daddy's are tough b**tards aint they! They always about wipe me out, and if I have less than about 7 health packs they normally do :| Guessing they'll get easier as I get stronger.
Left it hunting for spider slicers last night.

I'm quite enjoying Armoured Core 4. I suspect I'm probably the only person here to play it but as a rental its doing its job. The controls are really bad but when things work its nice. Its quite satisfying to take off and use my beam sabre to take down an enemy unit. However I find I often fly right past them or lose them due to the camera. It really needs a target lock on view. Its also cool to use the engines to quickly approach a warship firing at me, dodging all its attacks and then destroy it. It has moments like this but most of them are wrapped in annoying controls and bad camera angles Its no Zone of Enders, and I would soooo love to see ZoE 3 out on the 360.

Very easy way to kill Big Daddies, even on hard:
Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! Save up your crossbow trip bolts, get about ten in a row down a corridor/across a room, then ping him with a pistol or something. He'll head straight for you and pile dead into the wall behind you. End Spoiler Alert!

Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! Use a properly upgraded Chemical Thrower and use the electrical gel. A single clip is enough to take the Big Daddy down without him so much as moving as the electric gel will keep him shocked until he dies I also realise Daz probably doesn't have this yet either End Spoiler Alert!

Just watched this and considering I hadn't seen much of this game or the series I'm now really looking forward to it. The part at the start where he's holding the light tube was really amazing.
