Exam questions where the example answer doesn't actually answer the question as written. We get told in classes frequently that we must answer the question asked and then you look at what the examiner has written in their suggested answer and not only is it about one quarter the length that the marks would/should require but it's also off at some weird tangent that has little relevance to the scenario.
Oh and while we're on the subject why in the two non-financial papers at this level (i.e. these aren't supposed to be testing your application of financial concepts as such) do they not give you a formula sheet with most of the useful formulas and ratios*? There's enough other parts to remember without having to also remember formulas and methods which aren't meant to be the focus of those papers. Incidentally in the financial paper you do get a formula sheet with most of the formulas you might need on it although again not quite all. *you get a formula sheet with three formulas on it, none of which might come up. It might instead be one of about a dozen other formulas or methods.

People who, at a junction, can see you approaching and while you are a long way away they sit and think about it, then, as you get closer they sit and think about it some more and then, when you are about 3 car lengths away, they decide to go for it, slamming their foot down and causing the TC to kick in, thus stopping them moving about half way out of the junction, while you slam your brakes on and try to avoid the dithering numbskull who, had they decided to go for it when they first reached the junction, wouldn't have caused anybody any issues.

People who tell me what a lovely day it is when I open the door to them. I'm stuck in a chilly even in this heat, dark office - telling me how glorious and warm it is outside is not going to make me feel good

People who work in Air conditioned or ventilated offices, who can wear weather appropriate clothes moaning or getting annoyed with people who moan about being hot in nice weather. Today I am working in an exchange where it is 31C, there is no ventilation, no air con, no cold water, I have to wear jeans and big work boots, go up and down ladders all day and walk up and down the building. I am melting, come and do my job then you would be moaning too. Yesterday it was 33C in a different building.
