Poach an egg for 4.5 minutes and the yolk is just coagulating, you can simply spread 1 or 2 (depending on baguette size) over your food.

Look down, back up. Where are you?
You're on Boat Drinks, reading the signature your signature could be like.
I'm on a computer.

So far this year I think I've had 4 or 5 cooked breakfasts. I think for me that's amazing! Let me explain.... I live in hotels during the week. Every morning there is a hot plate with bacon, sausages etc sizzling away.

The smell wafts through the restaurant and calls softly to you.

Suddenly you realise that your bowl of cereal is inadequate. This is a fight every morning and a lot of guys have lost the battle too often in the office.

I had the same fight just going on three-day training courses. You promise yourself you're going to eat healthy, and then you find breakfast is all inclusive, and a box of cereal just isn't enough... then the trainers provide lunch... and you have expenses for dinner so it would be rude not to get the steak and chips... God knows how I'd manage living out of a hotel for work.
