My stomach was perfectly content; my taste buds, however, were crying out for satisfaction- Chocolate, biscuits, more cous cous, more chicken. I think I seriously need to recondition my eating habits.

Recently I have made a habit of gorging myself. I can eat a shed load, but I need to remind myself that I don't NEED to EVERY meal.

Thin people can have just as high cholesterol as fatter people. Thin does not necessarily equal healthy.

I've started to eat "healthier"

Yogurt and Fruit for breakfast - I am starving by 10:30, and it creates havoc in my stomach some days.

Small Lunch, sandwich and water (or low calories drink) - I can eat a horse by the time i get home at 7.

Dinner - I am so hungry by now i end up eating crisps when waiting for the food to be cooked.

Getting hungry by 10.30 is good... it means your metabolism is working

To be honest Mondo, I am not suprised you are hungry! Eating healthily doesn't mean you have to starve yourself.

For breakest have a cereal: Weetabix (skimmed milk, sweentener) and add fruit for added taste. You could do the same with other low fat cereal's.

Snacks: Have fruit available to snack on when you get abit peckish in between meals.

Lunch: Sandwich/Pasta/Jacket Potato with tuna with a yogurt, fruit and water/low calorie drink.

Dinner: Good healthy meal for dinner.

Won't feel hungry if you eat healthily

I don't have breakfast as i don't wake up in time. For lunch i usually have between 2 and 3 sandwiches(so 4 or 6 slices of bread not 2 or 3) (trying to keep it to 2 now) Then dinner i normally have a 3 part thingy. So for example Pie chips sweetcorn, or chicken nuggats roast parsnips peas etc but genrally a meaty thing, potatoey or pasta etc thing, vegetable thing. Then i like to have that with a glass of milk frappé thingy. And suprisingly i am quite content atm. I have to really fight off the urge of food sometimes though. It's not that i am hungry as such, it's just i think about a type of food i have and i just can't stop thinking about it's flavours and textures and i just want it. If i can't stop my self thinking about it my will power stands no chance.
