if you like spotify but want to buy legal music as well check out sky songs, had a few issues with it, but they seem to of sorted most of it out.

No : he's saying you can buy a number of legal downloads as well as the (already legal) streaming for a subscription - how i'm reading it anyway
I think the legality of Spotify is a 'grey' area to people like me, because the copyright laws are difficult to decipher (and seem incredibly complicated on a site such as this), but it seems accepted that spotify is a legal way of listening to music. Has some major labels backing it.
