Something to do with the warranty I think.
I also had a double payment for my first mortgage installment. Was told by my financial advisor and also warned it would probably happen by my solicitor. |

Just asked my old man, it's to do with damp, we'll have to be putting the heating on and opening the windows to dry it out, after 6 months we can do what we want.
Also, just found out, we are allowed to look in the house ext weekend to see how it is going only around 6-8 weeks left till we can move in |

Makes good sense, and if it's not damp, it'll probably be dusty. If you don't have an air purifier yourself, it may be worth asking around if anyone you know has one.

They have something similar in NA - or so I've been told. You can't do anything - not even carpet, the basement for 2 years in case it leaks or anything.
