 Plenty of good ideas in there  Pheebs: Whenever we both have the money and time Oh and there's no more brownie left  Rather tempted to cook more but best leave it a few more days I think  Too damn moreish!

Brownies look awesome and downloaded the Iphilly app. It actually looks really good. There is a lot of recipes that use creamed cheese.

lots of diety type stuff that you wouldn't expect too, because a spoonfull of cream cheese with garlic added to a sauce base is relatively low fat for the result you get compared to a stir in sauce of the same consistency which is usually much higher in fat.

Yeah trying something like that tonight. Some extra light philly to make a barley risotto creamier with a pollock fillet ontop.
Also got myself some smoked haddock and really have no idea what to do with it. I'm not a big fish eater but trying to eat more and lower my horrendous food bills.
