Turns out I am not out of this because Kitten has just surprised me with a copy this morning

Just need to sort out some xbox membership

Finished it today, really enjoyed it. If we don't do the multiplayer in the next week or so then I won't be doing it for a while - with Fifa next week and Dark Souls the week after, getting me away from those two will be difficult

I'm up to Act 5 now so should get it wrapped up tonight or tomorrow. Keen for co-op though, especially on Insane

Got review code of Dark Souls though so will be a bit busy with that.

Is the hardest difficulty available from the off?

Nope, you have to complete the game once to unlock Insane.
