Is there a list of the challenges somewhere? Going back through the history to try to figure out what a particular day was is proving difficult.

It's the first picture in the wall post albums. There's also an album uploaded for each day with the title challenge next to the day in the title. Should be easy peasy to find.

No, you need to just upload it onto the page wall. Facebook have changed all the rules recently, and I can't create public albums anymore!
